Latin America. IntekTV toured during the month of August to meet with key allies in Peru and Colombia and take advantage of the moment that both countries are going through.
Mabel Mompó, Vice President of Sales for IntekTV, stressed that "Colombia and Peru are the territories where we have more distribution channels, that combined with the prelude to IBC and the economic reactivation of both countries, results in a very exciting scenario for our business projection".
When Mompó talks about economic reactivation, he is referring to the normalization of the economic climate after the presidential elections in Colombia and the 2019 Pan American Games in Peru. This last event affects the audiovisual world more directly with almost 15 cameras per sports discipline.
The tour was also an opportunity to strengthen business ties with Videobroadcast and Aprotech, distributors of 3Way Solutions in Peru and Colombia respectively.
