Internet access is fundamental for the development of the economy of any country, in the national market we find a number of companies dedicated to providing this service, Internet service providers (ISPs, for the acronym in English of Internet Service Provider) are companies that provide Internet connection to end customers.
A group of Colombian businessmen dedicated to these tasks, evidenced the need to have their own dissertation space, where these companies could socialize with their partners, openly debate with the control entities and analyze the new business possibilities that emerge in telecommunications, more ad portas to know the new public policies on telecommunications in Colombia and the provision of cable television services, which are intended to be integrated under a single regulation and a single control entity, which comes to bring together the functions of the National Television Authority, ANTV, and the Communications Regulation Commission, CRC.
