Colombia. The National Television Authority, ANTV, published the preliminary information document of the regulatory project that the entity is advancing to adjust to the constitutional order the regulation of article 11 of Law 680 of 2001, in relation to the guarantee of reception of regional and municipal open television channels through the subscription television service, in accordance with the order of the Constitutional Court in judgment T-599 of 2016.
The ANTV invited all interested parties to send all their comments, proposals, information and other contributions on this regulatory process through emails [email protected] and [email protected] and at the physical headquarters of the entity located at Calle 72 No. 12-77.
