New alliances in the audiovisual market

Colombia. Talking with Héctor Jaime Vega, manager of the National Association of Internet Service Providers, NAISP, he gave us a balance after his participation in Andina Link highlighting the following:

"Once again it was proven that the guild that has more dynamism and is seen and recognized the work that NAISP has been doing. Those who attended the version of Andina Link Cartagena, could see that we had a wide participation being protagonists in the FICA, a lunch offered by Internexa, prior to the development of the NAISP assembly and an event in the evening where the streaming solution integrated by Colombian and Argentine companies was presented.

As a result of the efficiency and effectiveness that things are developing and as a benefit for the associates, the company LEVEL (3) Through its officials Diego Hernández, Diego Méndez and Carlos Díaz, it was possible to achieve a special service offer for the associates, depending on the sum of the capacity demanded, which is why we will be sending a form where we will collect the necessary information, quantity, location, etc. and to be able to close this negotiation, where naisP associates will benefit.

With great acceptance by the attendees, the launch of the streaming platform was carried out, whose integrator Sato Tecnología, under the direction of its Manager Pedro Torres; sought the strategic alliances of a television graduate to be able to upload the signals of the coded channels, and take it to the sites where the ISPs are operating.

This service has an additional plus, being able to count on content to offer a DUO from now on, which will increase revenue from Internet services and content. Although there are already pre-established prices of how much this type of service will cost and what will be the profit margin for the ISP, who should not mount a header, or deal with content providers or even with the ANTV.

There is a business opportunity that depends only on the number of users / consumers of the product and thus obtain super economic prices by volume. For this we also need to establish the means how we are going to receive that information and be able to start this type of OTT service within two months."
