Argentina. Enacom delegates from each region of the country participated in a national meeting in which the authorities of the organization were also present. The objective of the talks and exhibitions was not only to share in a group way the experiences and regional situations but also to continue training in the different technical issues of the entity.
Within the framework of the visit, the delegates made a tour of the facilities of the Argentine Company of Satellite Solutions S.A. (Arsat) where its vice president, Henoch Aguiar, and specialists of the state company presented on the different services they provide as well as on the deployment of fiber optics and joint projects to be carried out with Enacom in the different provinces of the country.
Likewise, the heads of the Enacom Directorates gave a series of talks on topics related to the control and supervision of communications, management of audiovisual services, technical aspects of telecommunications networks, among other issues of internal and organizational functioning.
The conference concluded with a talk by Silvana Giudici, member of the Board of Directors of Enacom, who spoke about the main axes and objectives of the new Communications Law.
Finally, the closing was made by the president of the entity, Miguel De Godoy, who stressed that "working means not only managing from the office but also going out and listening to people, getting involved with their needs and knowing the particularities of each situation of both users and licensees." In addition, he added that "being a public official is also setting an example in this bond that is built in the everyday."
