Argentina. At the end of November, the deadline for submitting proposals and suggestions for the drafting of the New Communications Law ends.
Through the #SumáTuAporte form, each citizen who wishes to do so can send their vision about some relevant aspect of the future norm that is in the process of elaboration.
The online form has nine boxes to complete with the personal data of the person who makes the contribution and a tenth box where it is written. Each person may make only one contribution per category of the New Law.
Once the suggestion is received, the Drafting Commission sends the confirmation with a contribution number by mail, which will be incorporated as a background for the work on the new bill and timely published on the website of the same.
In this way we move towards a convergent, plural and democratic law that includes us all, guaranteeing access to fixed and mobile telephony, internet, radio and television; and ensuring freedom of expression, diversity of voices and federalism.
