Colombia. The Ministry of National Education determined that the National University of Colombia meets the technical and experience requirements necessary to advance the selection process that will seek a Representative for civil society before the National Television Board of the National Television Authority.
The process, which will be advanced by the deanship of the faculty of economic sciences, will have the following stages: Call and dissemination, Registrations, Admission, Application of tests (Written test of knowledge, Interview, Assessment of background of training and experience), and conformation and publication of results.
As for the requirements to aspire to this process are: Be a Colombian citizen over 30 years old, have a professional degree in law, social communication, journalism, psychology, sociology, economics, education, international business, financial, public or business administration; telecommunications, electrical, electronic, mechatronics, financial, civil, systems or mechanical engineering; film and television. Likewise, have a master's or doctoral degree in areas related to the functions of the position.
If you do not have a master's or doctoral degree, you must accredit at least 10 years of experience and a specialization in the sectors described above, and have eight years or more of professional experience in the field of information technology, telecommunications, culture and education.

The schedule of the selection process will be as follows:
- Registration - November 16 to 22, 2016.
- Publication of Provisional Admitted List - November 28, 2016.
- Complaints - 29 and 30 November 2016.
- Response to complaints - December 1 and 2, 2016.
- Publication of the final list of admitted - December 2, 2016.
- Summons to evidence - December 2, 2016.
- Application of written test of knowledge - December 3, 2016.
- Interviews - December 3 and 4, 2016.
- Publication of test results and sending of individual background assessment to the email of each of the applicants - December 5, 2016.
- Access to written knowledge test and interview according to security protocol established by the National University of Colombia - December 6, 2016.
- Complaints on the occasion of the publication of test results - 6 and 7 December 2016.
- Response to complaints on the occasion of the publication of test results - December 12, 2016.
- Publication of final test results - December 12, 2016.
- Publication of the selected applicant - December 12, 2016.
