Colombia. The director of the National Television Authority, Ángela María Mora Soto, announced the publication of the tender specifications for the concession of television spaces of the national channel of public operation, and thus continue with the schedule of activities planned within the framework of the process presented last July.
The purpose of the tender is the use and exploitation of the Television Spaces of the National Channel of Public Operation in Colombia, today Canal Uno.
The key points of the draft specifications include the possibility of plural proponents
is registered in the RUO, legal, technical and financial requirements, definition of the value according to the value of the concession based on the specific criteria provided for in Article 41 of Law 1753, the form of payment of the concession, and the evaluation criteria.
In this way, the publication of notice of the call, of studies and previous documents, and the receipt of observations regarding the draft specifications until September 27 of the current year begins.
With this announcement, it is expected to comply with the schedule and continue with the publication of the opening ceremony of the process, the final specifications and the response document to the observations on October 5, 2016.
