Mexico. Igson is a Mexican company dedicated to the development and sale of solutions for television in Latin America and Spain. For the third consecutive year it will be at the Video Film and Television Expo in Mexico City.
In addition to showing their well-known solutions for automation, they will have new features such as the Web Interface that they already presented at the NAB Show 2016 in Las Vegas and will show the integration of the signal blocking module by DTMF with Igson PlayNow.
The Web interface is the remote monitoring solution that allows you to easily control several channels simultaneously by a single operator. By connecting all the playlists remotely 24/7, the operator only has to monitor the main page to check if there are notices that require any type of intervention.
Another novelty is the integration of its signal blocking module through DTMF cue tones (tone dialing) to the Igson PlayNow solution. This module guarantees signal blocking to regionalize advertising and to broadcast live via satellite (sporting events, breaking news, state announcements, etc.).
Igson PlayNow is mainly designed for uses such as 24/7 main playout, playout for regional channels, for internet channels, for educational institutions, for religious channels, etc.
In addition, it has the ability to integrate with the other Igson modules such as streaming, ingest and graphics. The locking module was already and still is available in its most robust solution, Igson Broadcast Center.
