Colombia. In the last version of NAB Show 2016, Newtek recognized its distributors in Latin America. As Top Reseller of the Andean Region, for the management of 2015, the Colombian company AVTech Ltda was highlighted, which receives this recognition for the third time.
José Rojano, manager of AVTech Ltda, told TVyVideo+Radio that "First, a thank you to the customers for the trust they have given us. These recognitions allow clients to know that they are dealing with a serious institution, that the experience we have been accumulating is more reliable than any other."
He explained that the recognitions have an impact on a privilege for customers, because by strengthening relations with the factories "we reward customers with direct communication, a program of immediate solution to any problem that the equipment may present thanks to a greater stock of parts, special privileges such as training and certification courses, similar to the one held in Medellín with Newtek's vice president of training, Don Ballance."
In addition, this recognition is the result of the facilities in the Vive Digital points and that AVTech serves with equal care producers who are starting as well as channels, producers, churches and universities. All customers have the same value and interest.
Finally, José Rojano concluded that "each sale is a blessing from heaven, this is how we see it, this is how we attend to it and we appreciate it. This year it is a bit slow but we are confident that in the second half of the year the picture must change, because the needs are there and we have the solutions. The dollar affected us, but with the reduction of the exchange rate customers are being motivated to acquire technology."
