Media5 grows in the Peruvian market

Peru. The Peruvian market has been very important for the company Media5 in the last year, since it has been growing in business and facilities in the country by the hand of its distributor Avsys, exceeding even the expectations they had for that period. 

Moises Martín, CEO of Media 5, told TVyVideo+Radio that among the developments he presented in Peru, his character generator that adds 3D animation stands out, allowing generation also in 2D, coexisting both environments in the same system.

"We have a set of important solutions to offer to the Peruvian market, which for us is very important and since last year. This year we are going to finish with a very good level and it is a market that is growing and has improved our expectations," he said.

They also presented the new MAM system, which encompasses the products that Media 5 has for general content management and opens new markets because it has interaction with libraries in the broadcast market that allow working autonomously with the company's equipment or other manufacturers.

Media 5 at the moment is focused on the development of technology for different television segments, with a wide range of products to which they dedicate a great deal of work time. 95% of the solutions today are focused on television and only 5% on radio.

On the Latin market in general, Moisés Martín stressed that "For us the Latin market in general is good because we have a line of products that allows us to accommodate the times and needs of each client. On the other hand, the portability and scalability structure that we have means that one can get out of the way with a minimum investment and then migrate to new versions, making the technological renewal easier to carry".

He concluded that "with our knowledge of the Latino market, we have developed an architecture that allows products to be scalable and integrated into superior solutions."
