Colombia. The International Design Network enREDo together with the Network of Universities for ICT UxTIC and the High Technology Center (CAT) were integrated into the Colombia 3.0 event carrying out talks and conversations on the subject of digital mediation, deep web, university digital radios and gamification (process of elaboration of systems, services and more fun and motivating activities).
The person in charge of the opening of this space was the dean of the ICT faculty of the San Mateo University who commented on his experience in the subject and the work he developed with the seedbed of the university "Digital Contents", followed by Mr. Jimmy Martínez designer of Naska Digital who explained the concept of gamification from the perspective of game developers, analysts and marketers among other topics.
Philippe Boland, coordinator of enREDo, gave the following statements:
"We wanted to join the Colombia 3.0 event with the contribution of the High Technology Center working on three lines of action; the first line dealt with the issue of gamification and video games, the second line of action is to talk about digital mediation, many times there is content everywhere but how do we get this content to people? It is as I say, if we want to encourage reading, I pass a book, for example "The Little Prince" or "The Criticism of Pure Reason" to my daughter, she can read it, but do you understand it? You have to have a mediator, someone who is precisely between the one who consumes content and the one who proposes the contents, the third work table that we are going to do is a table where we are going to talk about Digital Radios, since I deal with a program in a station, "Entre TIC's", we have several colleagues here in the room who manage digital stations because we know that the second largest sale of electronic devices in the world are the headphones, since here in Bogotá or Paris is the same security reaction, it is very difficult to get a Smartphone or a Tablet in Transmilenio, but one can hear it, what we intend is to know what kind of content we can go through audio. We are also going to work on a very important issue that is the deep web, this is a meeting space, of conversations, we did not want it to be a structured conference, the participants sit at the table and discuss among us what we are doing within our different entities, what are the contributions, the proposals and our mistakes, where we go wrong and where we manage to do good things"
The day managed to convene more than 70 people including designers, web developers, students, teachers, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in the industry. If you want the complete material of the conferences you can see it and download it at http://www.uxtic.co/spip/IMG/pdf/colombia3.0.docx_2_.pdf
