Ecuador. The Agency for regulation and control of Telecommunications (Arcotel), as part of the "Dialogues for Equity and Justice", which the National Government is developing under the coordination of Senplades, is convening the dialogue tables to be held in the regional offices of Arcotel.
The call to collectives, non-profit social organizations, communes, communities, peoples, nationalities and the general public, is to create a space in which agreements are reached to democratize access to radios that contribute to the benefit of communes, communities, peoples, nationalities, among others.
This activity will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. according to the schedule detailed below:
