Argentina. The Argentine Government, Proargentina, the National Directorate of Cultural Industries of the Ministry of Culture and Expotoons, are organizing the Argentine Cultural Industries Market - MICA 2015, which will take place at the Kirchner Cultural Center, from September 3 to 6.
Within this framework, the business round corresponding to the International Animation Festival EXPOTOONS 2015 will also be developed. We remind you that Expotoons will carry out its usual activities in other venues.
On this occasion, the meeting between international buyers of the audiovisual animation sector and Argentine producers will be held within the Business Rounds that will be held at MICA, thus enhancing both events.
Within this framework, business rounds, stands, conferences and shows will be developed. It will be a place of transaction of goods and fundamentally an international meeting of cultural producers. So you will have an agenda of business meetings with producers and business leaders of the cultural sector of your interest: Audiovisual, Video Games, Performing Arts, Music, Publishing and Design.
MICA is a unique space that brings together in one place the different sectors that make up the Argentine Cultural Industries in order to generate business, exchange information and present their production to the main international references.
Performing Arts, Audiovisual, Design, Editorial, Music and Video Games are the sectors that will show their potential during the four days of the event. Producers, artists, entrepreneurs, managers and referents of the cultural industries will have the possibility of meeting to promote new business opportunities with the best of Argentine production.
Expotoons is the most representative International Animation Festival in the region. An obligatory reference for the entire industry of the sector: professionals, creatives, producers, animators, communication studios, advertising agencies, TV channels, technology companies, teaching institutes, suppliers and students. Its objective is to disseminate Animation as an engine of growth of the audiovisual and cultural industry, generating a space for the exchange of trends, technologies, knowledge, artistic proposals and experiences between different countries.
