Colombia. The Communications Regulatory Commission, CRC, published for the knowledge of providers of telecommunications networks and services, operators of the subscription television service and operators of the non-profit community television service, Circular 114 of 2015.
Through this, the procedure for registering the contact information referred to in paragraph 20 of article 1.5 of the Technical Regulation for Internal Telecommunications Networks, RITEL, is informed.
In accordance with the provisions of this Circular, and in line with the provisions of Article 23 of Resolution CRC 4741 of 2015, "by means of which the Technical Regulation for Internal Telecommunications Networks is modified", the initial contact information must be reported by the aforementioned suppliers and operators.
The sending of the information must be done through the website www.siust.gov.co between June 10 and 16, 2015, and must be updated later in case of changes in the data reported.
