Uruguay. Canal U undertook an expansion project seeking that its contents, which aim to rescue the talent, values and idiosyncrasies of Uruguayans, are seen in other countries in the region. The last step taken in this regard is the arrival of its signal to Paraguay.
To achieve this, the Chamber of Cable Operators of Paraguay (CCP) made a strategic alliance, a group made up of companies that provide paid television service in the interior of the country and in some cities of the metropolitan area.
Canal U has set out to work side by side with small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in the region, where it aims to reach all the screens of Latin America to show Uruguayan culture to the world.
Among the activities that Canal U will also undertake in the Paraguayan capital, is his participation as Gold Presenter of the next telecommunications and TV Cable Event Asunción Media Show Summit, which will be held on August 26 and 27 at the Sheraton Hotel in Asunción.
The agreement was signed in recent days at the Embassy of Uruguay in Asunción. Thus, the canal fulfills one of its missions, which is to provide a strong bond with Uruguayans living abroad.
