Colombia. The sixth version of TecnoTelevisión will have a second conference room dedicated to Pay-TV and Community OPERATORS, which will complete the offer with the traditional conference room dedicated to the production and post-production of television.
The topics offered for this second conference room are focused on three aspects: regulation, technical and content. Taking into account the importance that channels with local content required by law acquire within operators, three conferences will focus on the creation of local content, how to generate a local audience and how to make a transition to HD production.
In terms of regulation, we will have a panel in which guests from different areas of the industry will analyze issues that occupy the agenda of community television today and in the coming years, what is the future for this sector, its needs and the government's plans.
On the technical topic, the conferences will revolve around the technological update that goes through the digitization of networks, digital television, HD production, the types of networks and return channels, the equalization of the network, and the effects of piracy on the service.
