The Avid company announced the official launch of the Sibelius training and certification program, which is offered to users of the industry's leading music notation software through the "Avid Learning Partner" program, through partner educational institutions and taught by Avid certified instructors.
The program, which features specific materials and certification exams for Sibelius, is the first in a series of updates and events about Sibelius and Scorch that will be announced during 2013.
Andy Cook, head of the Training Partner program, Avid Worldwide Training department, said the expansion of this program highlights the company's commitment to education and its ultimate goal of providing students and users with a valuable credential to achieve their career goals.
