International. The Globecast company announced the appointment of Michele Gosetti as the new interim director of Globecast Americas, replacing Lisa Coelho, who had been in this position until early October.
"During her two years as CEO of Globecast Americas, Lisa Coelho oversaw the enhancement of the company's technical capabilities, customer service and quality of service. Michele Gosetti's mission will not only be to take these activities to a higher level, but also to find efficiency between the activities of the Americas and the global group, for the benefit of our broadcast customers around the world," said Globecast President and CEO Olivier Barberot.
Gosetti will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer of Globecast Americas, in addition to his new responsibilities. Prior to joining Globecast Americas, he held senior executive positions at Globecast in France, Italy and Singapore.
Globecast opens up global opportunities in broadcasting, making content distribution and management simple. The company is part of the Orange group. For channels, it provides media management and playout solutions, as well as global content delivery via fiber, satellite and IP.
From America, Michele Gosetti enters to strengthen the team that today has a presence in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia.
