NDI version 3.7 is available for free and includes an integrated software development kit (SDK) for software and hardware vendors with new core capabilities, including the creation of a full NDI FPGA encoder with support for 4K at 60fps and a free flow analysis tool.
The SDK included in the platform supports cameras, monitors, converters, game consoles, video conferencing solutions, projectors, smart boards, among others. This integration allows device manufacturers to deploy NDI natively in their products to work with other video products that are automatically detected over Ethernet, with near-zero latency.
NDI's embedded SDK extends the IP video revolution to content creators across multiple industries, including broadcast, A/V, gaming, and more.
New enhancements in NDI 3.7 for end users include free tools to analyze NDI network streams and provide information about bit rates, time, video, and audio formats.
