The TLU9 GapFiller rebroadcaster from Rohde & Schwarz provides high signal quality and high performance in any situation, even in the presence of Doppler echoes, as well as maximum reliability thanks to uninterrupted transmission, which requires less maintenance and significantly reduces the costs of network operators.
The new R&S smartEC technology makes it possible for the retransmitter to adapt automatically and in real time to complex and variable echo scenarios, providing the best possible signal quality.
The retransmitter offers performance comparable to that of a low-power transmitter. Its high energy efficiency reduces electricity consumption by up to 25%.
The equipment is suitable for MFN and SFN applications, and can be installed on DVB-T/H, DVB-T2 and ISDB-TB networks in the UHF range of 470 to 790 MHz. Robust and compact in design, it houses up to 200 W in two rack units.
