Telemetrics' OmniGlide mobile platform features a unique orbital system that offers unlimited freedom of movement, generating smooth, continuous movement through changes of direction and on curved trajectories.
This pedestal uses advanced software and XY sensors, similar to those of the robotic automotive industry, to facilitate unmanned operation, and allows an operator to easily create dynamic movements, such as making crabs or spins on himself, without losing the orientation of the camera.
Using Robotic-Mode, an operator can use a remote control to move the robotic platform in any of the following methods: Joystick Control in an XY plane, preset synchronized point-to-point and positions, motion across multiple points, motion recording and playback, as well as autonomous reframe motion.
In addition, it has manual handles with ergonomic control location allow anyone to operate the OmniGlide locally with minimal effort.
