Colombia. Such a device allows access to the traditional linear TV commercial grid that the affiliate chooses and pays for, Video on Demand (VoD), navigation on the analog TV as well as a Smart TV and even access to content platforms such as Netflix, Youtube, Vimeo, etc.
The system that integrates word processing tools, calculation table and more than a hundred free Android applications, allows an old tube TV to become a smart TV and use the typical applications of a cell phone or a computer. This is the novelty of this tool that comes to massify the use of the internet together with traditional television on a single connection, to this device you can add accessories such as keyboard and mouse, making it a potential Workstation.
The product that will initially be offered as subscription television with the typical ingredients as a contract, hopes can be sold freely with the regulatory flexibility projected by the State, within the framework of a bill regarding these new technologies. We hope it will be presented next week at the initiative of MINTIC to the Congress of the Republic.
