NAB. The company Broadcast Tech will be presenting at NAB its new transmitter for digital television of 50 watts under the ATSC standard and 40 watts for the ISDB-Tb standard, composed of PVI exciter and ADR amplifier.
The PVI exciter includes up to four MPEG-2 / MPEG-4 encoders with options of SDI, HDMI or analog video inputs, multiplexer, RF modulator with adjustable frequency from 50 to 1000MHz and also optional ASI and IPTV outputs.
The 50Watts digital ADR amplifier has a power module capable of handling digital and analog signal of very high linearity, with digital screen for reading all technical parameters and with multiple protections that guarantee the care and durability of the equipment.
The transmitter can also include several output filter options that will depend on the digital format in which it is worked and the type of mask that is needed.
Both the exciter and the amplifier are manufactured in the United States and have a 24-month warranty.
