International. To show the variety of its video systems and how they integrate into production seamlessly, the Company For A held an open house in Miami.
Among the equipment on display was the HVS-2000 video switcher, For A's newest unit in its Hanabi line of switchers. With a design that incorporates important customer feedback, the HVS-2000 is suitable for a variety of applications; it can be used for SD, HD, 3G and 4K productions, and allows up to 48 inputs/ 18 outputs or 40 inputs/22 outputs (optional).
The switcher offers numerous features that set it apart from all others in its class, including its Melite function, which allows a traditional AUX bus to be transformed with functional Mix Effects with cuts, mixes and DVE, including full preview. For A also showed off its HVS-100/110 portable video mixers.
Other equipment that was at the open house were: the MFR-5000 routing switcher, MV-4200 multi-spectator, the LTS-60 server, LTR-100HS6 video recorder and the FA 505, FA-1010 and FA-9520 signal processors.
