This system significantly extends mam functionalities thanks to its advanced search and indexing tools, its new services to browse and browse files and its improved integration between files and flow engines to strengthen the collaboration environment.
Evolution's user experience employs an innovative HTML5 design. The new user interface improves performance while keeping the most frequently used tools on the screen. Authentic multi-screen operations (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and multi-platform (IOS, Android, Windows, etc.) allow users to manage tasks, validate media or monitor the status of workflows from mobile devices.
This interface is fully customizable, depending on individual or business preferences, and includes different metadata views and display settings as well as an integrated activity monitor and unified view of files, flows and business processes. This new interface features a customizable "login" table with shortcuts for actions and actors, designed especially for sporting and live events.
Authentic object-relational database: Taking advantage of the power of an authentic relational database of objects, a new set of tools capable of controlling group entities is created, a multi-level classification scheme (collections, albums, series, projects, rights, package delivery, etc.) based on dynamic and configurable relationships.
Tedial Evolution's search and indexing engine has been extended to organize/search collections and other related object entities, index very extensive databases through shared indexes, and automatically tag descriptive metadata based on the text marker.
Business Process Management services have been expanded to strengthen collaboration, allowing multiple users to work with the same asset. New collaboration processes can be defined by using an expanded library of flows and base activities.
