Argentina. During the 2014 version of Caper, which will be held this week in Buenos Aires, the Kramer company will be presenting its Sierra Video SP-14 processor.
The SP−14 is a broadcast grade MEMC frame rate/standards converter. It accepts computer and SD graphics signals, HD, performs frame rate conversion, format conversion, frame synchronization, sweep conversion and aspect ratio conversion as needed, as well as embedded timecode processing and subtitle conversion. It also applies a powerful noise reducer and image enhancement to improve poor video quality.
Pablo Burgos, Sales Manager of Kramer Argentina, commented that this video processor is aimed at broadcast applications, TV stations, control centers broadcast networks, postproduction, electronic journalism and live sports events.
