Latin America. The new Rohde & Schwarz RTE digital oscilloscopes offer fast and reliable solutions for T&M's daily tasks such as embedded design development, power electronics analysis and general debugging. Users can enjoy features such as high sampling rates and good signal acquisition and fidelity. The comprehensive set of analysis and measurement tools delivers fast results, while the high-resolution touchscreen makes the R&S RTE much easier to use.
The new R&S RTE is available with bandwidths between 200 MHz and 1 GHz. The acquisition rate of more than one million waveforms per second helps users quickly encounter signal faults. The oscilloscope's high-precision digital trigger system with almost no fluctuations delivers very accurate results.
The single-center A/D converter with more than seven effective bits (ENOB) almost completely eliminates signal distortion. With a sampling rate of 5 Gsample per second and a maximum memory depth of 50 Msample per channel, the R&S RTE can accurately record the required long signal sequences by analyzing the data content of serial protocols such as I2C and CAN.
Users performing complex tasks will especially appreciate the high measurement speed of the R&S RTE. For example, tests with masks quickly yield statistically conclusive results. The high-response FFT, in the style of a spectrum analyzer, reliably detects even sporadic signals, making the R&S RTE an ideal instrument for debugging during product development.
Thanks to the 10.4" high-resolution XGA touchscreen, users can carry out their daily T&M tasks. For example, they just have to tap the screen to access saved instrument settings. And they simply have to "take and leave" the waveforms to accommodate them on the screen.
