In the last version of the Toronto film festival, which was held a couple of weeks ago, Christie was a projection partner for the thirteenth consecutive year, and for this year it provided the 4K projection solutions, in addition to the projectors of the Solaria CP2200 line, as well as an HD10K-M projector and three 2KCine-IPM image processors.

The Toronto International Film Festival is one of the world's most prominent public film events, screening more than 350 films from more than 70 countries.
Noted Kathryn Cress, Christie's Vice President of Global and Corporate Marketing. "The strong presence of 4K projection this year is very much in line with the Festival's leadership when it comes to new cinematic technologies."
This year, for the first time, 4K movies were screened using Christie's projectors in each of the designated scenarios. The world premiere of Godfrey Reggio's 4K film "Visitors", accompanied by a live symphony orchestra, will be held during the Festival at the Visa Screening Hall (Elgin Theatre).
Shot in deep black and white and presented in high-resolution 4K projection, Godfrey Reggio's latest film reveals the broad spectrum of emotion in human faces, beautiful landscapes and, according to the film's advertising, "even the behavior of a particularly expressive gorilla."
