OConnor, a brand of the Vitec Group, presented the first product of its new line of accessories for professional cameras: the Cine Follow Focus CFF-1.
Built of anodized, lightweight and durable 7075 grade aluminum, the CFF-1 possesses a modular design that eliminates the problem of dealing with individual bridge plates.
The unique, easy-to-use latch bridge hugs effortlessly over either the 15mm or 19mm study rod system (an LWS bridge is also available). OConnor's integrated solution enables you to work with both standards with ease and efficiency. With the minimum space available in a double-sided studio unit, the Follow Focus is ideal for large-diameter lenses such as the 24-290mm Angenieux, the 18-85mm Red, the 18-85mm Fujinon and the 75-400mm Fujinon.
The main bridge for continuous focus slides independently of the support joint, increasing mount options. In addition, a horizontal manual adjustment mechanism allows the operator to locate the main gear of the focus, such that the line of sight to the guide mark of the lens is always clear, and the mark is always easy to read.
