The telecommunications engineering and services company ADTEL, specialized in radiocommunication systems, broadcasting, television, DTT and advanced Wi-fi wi-fi systems Wimax, acquired the shares of the audiovisual solutions integrator company NRD Multimedia that belonged to the VSN group of companies.
Both companies have a consolidated position in their respective sectors of activity and with this purchase the new business group intends to expand and complete its portfolio of services guaranteeing global solutions to its customers and offering new solutions.
The strategic agreement between the ADTEL-NRD group and Video Stream Networks (VSN) is also maintained to enhance the distribution and implementation of VSN products and ADTEL-NRD solutions and systems, both in the national and international markets.
