200 installations of the integrated solution of Front Porch and Telestream reported

Front Porch Digital announced that, thanks to the partnership with Telestream, it has surpassed 200 installations worldwide of its DIVArchive content storage solution, integrated with flipFactory for transcoding on the path, which eliminates a transfer step and streamlines the workflow.
With Telestream's FlipFactory embedded in Front Porch's DIVArchive Actor, the user can configure custom rules for content transcoding and accelerate automated flow. A broadcasting company may, for example, ask DIVArchive to take all the content that is being archived in high resolution and simultaneously copy and transcode it at low resolution in web format. This approach streamlines content repositioning for multiple distribution channels, including delivery to mobile devices.
