Distance learning programs are based on interactive Flash tutorials that cover the main topics of each application. These are designed to provide an interactive experience in which the user actively operates the application and thus achieves a higher level of experimentation with the system.
This methodology allows users to develop a self-learning process of the application of their choice, without having to install it first. The Center also provides a wide range of flash tutorials and a comprehensive program that spans all applications and can be used to learn about a new product, refresh existing knowledge, or train new staff.
