From July 8 to 10, the Latin American Radio and Television Show (LABS 09) was held in Miami, United States, which was attended by 369 entrepreneurs from the industry.
According to Alfonso López, president of 305 Broadcast LLC and organizer of the event, LABS09 contributed to disseminate new radio and television technologies for the benefit of producers, distributors, professionals and employees of the broadcasting industry in the United States and Latin America.
In total, about 72 exhibitors presented the latest technologies in the sector to visitors from countries such as Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Panama.
Within the framework of the contest, Miami Dade County represented by its mayor, Carlos Álvarez; Commission President Dennis C. Moss and Commissioner Jose Diaz presented a proclamation of recognition to the show's organizers.
