Zaxcom, Inc. designs and manufactures professional audio equipment for the television and industry films. Pioneer in audio technologies for Professional sound mixing, Zaxcom designed the first digital wireless microphone and the first wireless microphone to offer the integrated audio recording.
New products in NAB 2007 were:
- The IFB800 transmitter from Zaxcom was entirely new for NAB 2007. This system transmits timecode, IFB audio and commands by remote control to the entire product line zaxcom TRX/ZFR already in use by broadcasters, theater, concerts and event environments in general.
- Zaxcom also showed its new TRX700, the transmitter/recorder ready to operate, designed for use with shot-gun microphones commonly used in boom pole or ENG applications.
- The Wireless Handheld Recorder Zaxcom ZFR800 and Portable Wireless Microphone TRX800 with built-in recording, they also made their debut on NAB.
