Volicon, a monitoring provider of media, recording, archiving and streaming solutions, sold its Observer solution for media monitoring to TV Record, a Brazilian television network with 68 affiliates and 0&0 stations throughout Brazil. With main offices in Sao Paulo, TV Record will use channels one eight and one four of the Observer system for transmission monitoring, setting to standards and ratings analysis.
