Technological exhibition at the seminar

Three weeks before the Digital Television Seminar (Almost) Without Stress, the registered exhibitors adjust the last details to share with the attendees the latest equipment and technology for television production.

To date, the presence of important people has been confirmed. companies in the sector such as Sony, Harris, Sindvel, Inviso, Gepco, SEEL, Digital Television and Video, Sundace Digital, La Curacao and Panasonic.

These companies will be located around the conferences and will make the exhibitions of each of its products in the middle of each talk and within the framework of some scheduled social events.

Sony and La Curacao, for example, announced that within the framework of the seminar will present some of the novelties exhibited in the NAB 2008 framework, such as the Sony Professional XDCAM HD Camcorder, ref PDW700; the XDCAM EX Compact Full HD Camcorder, ref PMWEX1; la XDCAM EX semi-shoulder mount camcorder, ref PMWEX3; the Sony Professional Disc Recorder, ref PDWHD1500; the Multi Format HD Camera System with Built in Triax, ref HDC1550; the Anycast Station SD Live Content Producer, ref AWSG500; and the LMD2050W 20-inch WSXGA+ High Grade LUMA Monitor, ref LMD-2050W.

Harris arrives at the seminary after successfully completing the tests of digital mobile television of Televisa, in Mexico, in where he supported the process by providing transmitters and exciters.

DiamondCD(R) transmitters have been among the most popular employees for the launch of digital television in the U.S., with more than 300 already deployed and in operation in U.S. at output levels between 1.8 kW and 35 kW. Harris teamed each transmitter destined for Televisa with its exciter Apex(TM), market leader in advanced digital TV. The Harris Apex(TM) exciter continues to build on its success in the DTV market with more than 400 installations since its presentation in 2002. Televisa is also equipped with the eCDi(TM) of Harris, a network monitoring and control system transmitters to allow remote operation of the transmitter from a central location in Mexico City.

For its part, the 120 companies affiliated in the Sindicato das Electrical, Electronic and Similar Industries of Aparelhos Vale da Eletrónica (SINDVEL) will come to Bogotá with the purpose to share their experiences and knowledge in the field of telecommunications, computing, industrial automation and safety, as well as in the production and manufacture of television transmitters, set top boxes, television equipment by cable and DTH.
