Dish Network will join forces with the partnership of community broadcasters (CBAs) for help prepare U.S. viewers during the analog to digital signal switching process, planned for February 2009.
The CBA brings together low and high power transmitters, many of which will continue with the transmission of signals analogous after February. CBA expressed concern about that many viewers are left without a signal from these stations analog after the installation of the set top boxes to receive digital signals.
The key to the partnership between the CBA and Dish Network is the promotion and sales of Dish's DTV signal converter Network to affected viewers. A portion of the Sales revenue will go to the CBA to help with your DTV educational program.
