Mexico. Luma Media Solutions was recognized by Telestream with the "Top Performing Partner of the Year 2025 – America's" award, given during the America's Sales s Partner Kickoff 2025, an event that brought together the main strategic partners and managers of the region in New Orleans.
The recognition distinguishes Telestream's reseller and partner with the highest sales volume in the Americas during 2025, and positions Luma Media Solutions as Telestream's best-performing business partner in the continent. The award validates the integration, consulting and technical support work carried out in high-impact projects for some of the most relevant public and private media groups in the region.
During the last year, Luma Media Solutions consolidated strategic projects based on Telestream's key technologies for the broadcast industry, including PRISM (formerly Tektronix) waveform monitors, SDI and IP ingest flows to archive with simultaneous processing of multiple codecs and resolutions, simultaneous editing to capture, analog synchronization and PTP (Precision Time Protocol), advanced archiving with DIVA for partial transcode, end-to-end workflow automation with Vantage, and global ingest via baseband and archiving. These implementations allowed customers to optimize operation, efficiency and technical quality in demanding broadcast environments.
Marco Rabadán, CEO of Luma Media Solutions, said that the award represents a comprehensive achievement for the entire company. He explained that the relationship with Telestream has been a strategic axis since LUMA's inception and a determining factor in its sustained growth. He stressed that the recognition reflects not only commercial results, but also a solid structure as a broadcast integrator, which integrates efficient logistics, financial stability, pre-sales technical advice and specialized after-sales support.
Rabadán stressed that this result is the result of coordinated work with the Telestream team that serves Latin America, led by José Calles, together with Irving Ramírez and Agustín Goya, with whom LUMA MEDIA SOLUTIONS maintains a close collaboration and aligned in technical and commercial objectives for the region.
The CEO of LUMA added that the award was possible thanks to the trust of strategic clients and the execution of large-scale projects with organizations such as Televisa, TV Azteca, INE, Vivo, Fox One, Totalplay and Megacable, among others. He noted that the adoption of Telestream's advanced solutions allowed these customers to modernize their production and post-production workflows in line with current broadcast industry standards.
For his part, José Calles, VP of Sales for Latin America at Telestream, highlighted that during 2025 the company generated, through LUMA MEDIA SOLUTIONS, more than 2 million dollars in business in Mexico, a relevant figure for an organization with just two years of operation. He specified that these results cover Telestream's main strategic lines, including Media Workflow, measurement solutions and support renewals.
Calles pointed out that, although the figures reflect an outstanding performance, they do not measure the level of effort, commitment and dedication demonstrated by Luma Media Solutions throughout 2025. He stated that the LUMA team far exceeded expectations and went beyond the usual responsibilities of a partner, consolidating itself as a key strategic ally for Telestream in the region. He added that this recognition expresses Telestream's gratitude and appreciation for the work done by Luma Media Solutions.
