Argentina. The thirty-third edition of Caper Show will take place from October 7 to 9, from 12 to 20 p.m., in halls 1 and 2 of the Costa Salguero Center.
Within the framework of the Technical-Academic Program of the event, eight Workshops, Conferences and Round Tables will take place on one of the topics of the moment in the Industry: the application of Artificial Intelligence to audiovisual content
On Tuesday, October 7, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the company Solidyne will present in Auditorium 1 the workshop "From the cartridge case to the algorithm: AI takes the microphone of the Radio". It will be a talk on Artificial Intelligence applied to Radio, Streaming and TV by Leonardo Bonello.
From 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., in Auditorium 3, the Conference "Artificial Intelligence as a creative ally" will take place. In this meeting we will delve into the world of Generative Artificial Intelligence, exploring tools that work with text, images and sound. Through concrete examples, we will show a possible path within the wide diversity of options offered by this technology. The activity will be presented by INTI, National Institute of Industrial Technology and will be led by Gabriela Li Puma and Esteban Rosso, from the Department of Cultural and Creative Industries of the organization.
And from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Auditorium 1 will be the setting for the Conference "Artificial Intelligence: how to streamline processes and boost creativity", by Eng. Fernando Liste Neira. Artificial Intelligence offers multiple tools capable of transforming operations and creative processes to produce content. The activity will evaluate opportunities, advantages, limitations and how to approach projects that generate value, without neglecting good practices, safety and responsible use.
On Wednesday 8, from 11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., the Round Table presented by UNTREF Media "From vertical content to AI, the new ways of making and seeing content" will take place in Auditorium 2. The audiovisual ecosystem is going through an unprecedented transformation: screens are multiplying, consumption habits are changing and technologies are opening up unexpected creative paths. Throughout this session, we will explore how production and distribution are reinventing themselves in a scenario where vertical formats, multiplatform narratives and generative artificial intelligence are setting trends. Producers, creators and specialists will analyze the challenges and opportunities of telling stories on new screens, the impact of digital tools on creation and the way in which audiences redefine their relationship with content. The meeting will be attended by Marcos Melo, Co-Founder of VYCO; Loli Miraglia, CEO, The ElevenHub and Adrián Garelik, CEO Flixxo, with the moderation of Rodrigo Cantisano, from UNTREF Media.
For its part, SAE (Argentine Society of Audiovisual Publishers) will present from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Auditorium 1 the Round Table "What place does AI occupy in post?". AI bursts in without asking or giving us time to evaluate the consequences of its use. In this talk we take a little distance and talk about the pros and cons of its applicability, success stories and myths. Damián Bericat (SAE), Sergio Paoletti and Florentina Guaita (LAIA, Open Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence) will talk, moderated by Laila Matschke (SAE)
And from 3 to 4 p.m., the exhibiting company Technology Group will present in Auditorium 1 the workshop "The future in TV transport: AI and 5G private networks", with all the latest developments in processing, transport and transmission of TV signals. Use of AI in the analysis of audiovisual content. Deployment of private 5G networks for live events. The dissertation will be given by David Muñoz, from Sapec.
During the third day of CAPER SHOW 2025, on Thursday 9, there will be two activities. From 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., in Auditorium 1, the IEEE, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, BTS section, Broadcast Technology Society, will present the Conference "Defend your AI: how to use AI agents safely in content management environments". The talk will show the risks of using conversational agents, and offer solutions to mitigate the risks of accidental attacks and errors. By the end of the demonstration, participants will have a better understanding of what their teams face when they use agents on a day-to-day basis and how to shield them to get the most out of Artificial Intelligence in the safest way. The meeting will be led by Eng. Marisabel Rodríguez, Global Service Delivery Manager at Google Cloud.
And from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., in Auditorium 3, CADERO, the Argentine Chamber of Online Radios will present the Round Table "Producing valuable content in the Age of AI", in which educational experiences around Radio, Streaming and Podcasts will be addressed. With Roxana Calabró, Head of the Radio Department Universidad de Belgrano-AudioLab Podcast UB and Carla Tonella, Director of the PR Career and Radio Broadcaster and Podcaster at UAI, and the moderation of Yésica Bernardou, Board of Directors of CADERO and Multiplatform Producer.
