Chile. Sony Professional Solutions Latin America, in collaboration with VGL, presented the Network Solutions Summit Chile, a key event for broadcast, live production, telecommunications and sports event professionals.
The objective of this meeting, which was held at the Sony Store Kennedy located in Las Condes, was to bring together industry leaders to explore the latest innovations in remote production and IP workflows, with a focus on building more agile, scalable infrastructures prepared for the challenges of the future. Network Solutions Summit facilitated a space for technical conversation and live demonstration.
Among the solutions that Sony presented, its Networked Live ecosystem stands out, which includes technologies such as Nevion Virtuoso, Media Transport and VideoIPath. These tools are designed to optimize the transport of high-quality video over IP networks, enabling more efficient operations, automation, and remote production.
Deploying IP ecosystems offers tangible benefits: reduced operational costs through shared networks, greater scalability, reduced need to mobilize technical staff, and a smoother transition to hybrid and cloud environments.
Sony was sponsored by TAG Video Systems, a real-time monitoring and visualization company, and ARISTA, a benchmark in high-capacity, low-latency networks. VGL, Sony's technical and commercial partner in Chile, co-organized the event thanks to its solid track record in the local broadcast sector.
The Network Solutions Summit Chile is positioned as a crucial showcase to learn about the technologies that redefine audiovisual production in Latin America.
