Sony sigue a paso firme en la industria audiovisual

Latin America. Once again, Sony demonstrated at the IBC convention in Amsterdam that it maintained the leadership in the technological level of its product innovations, which it had previously advanced at the SET Expo convention in Brazil, where it exhibited all the recent solutions and launches for the audiovisual market.

Key new features included the XDCAM PXW-Z200 camcorders and NXCAM HXR-NX800, revitalized with features for multi-camera production of remote events in the cloud with Sony's M2 Live solution and live streaming platforms in general, incorporating color matching functions for other cameras in the Cinema Line family such as S-Cinetone for cinematic colorimetry and ITU709/709 tone for broadcast or streaming applications.

"In Latin America we have presented several new products, ranging from the range of products for the consumer to the professional area. We will be at Caper Show with our entire team of professionals, as it is a convention of utmost importance for the industry, so we are ready to launch several new cameras for the professional field," said Kenichiro Hibi, president of Sony | Professional Solutions Latin America.

Another of the brand's novelties is its professional monitor TRIMASTER HX 4K BVM-HX3110, which combines IP connectivity with 4K HDR image quality for deeper shadows and brighter lights, added to a key factor of the Japanese company's production vision which is network connectivity, which is why integrating Networked Live guarantees an optimal and fluid connection. Sony has the advanced NXL-ME80 processor technology, which acts as a gateway between LAN and WAN, enabling the efficient use of network bandwidth for remote production and video streaming.

For Edson Marion, CEO of Merlin Distributor: "Sony is one of the most relevant brands in the audiovisual industry, mainly in the Brazilian market, with which we have had a relationship of affinity and work for many years, so after being gathered in the Netherlands during IBC with our team and the next events it will be important for us to meet again and outline all the details and strategies of the company. what is coming for 2025. "

Another of the Japanese brand's product ranges is the PTZ line, with its flagship product being the BRC-AM7 PTZ camera.
