Brazil. Brazilian sports broadcaster Multvideo Produções is using Ross Video's solutions to broadcast a variety of sporting events, including the Surf World Cup, the 2012 Olympics and most recently, the 2023 Rio Open.

Multivideo Produções, located in São Paulo, Brazil, specializes in streaming sports content and live productions. The company also collaborates with global brands such as WSL for event production and broadcasting, and is also known for covering prestigious and large-scale sporting events, delivering impeccable production quality.

His relationship with Ross Video began in 2012 when they acquired their Acuity and Carbonite products for an exterior drive truck (OB) used to support a variety of different productions. Since then, the company has continued to invest in Ross solutions, including Open Gear with different card models, as part of its move to 4K streaming. For the Rio Open 2023, Multvideo's OB Van was 90% equipped with Ross Video technology products.

"In streaming, you need to trust 100% of the equipment you're using and make sure nothing breaks or stops working in the middle of live production. One of the best things about Ross is that one product can do many different things and they all integrate with each other, forming a complete workflow solution. As a result, we rely on them and their technology to give us the performance and reliability we need," said Sergio Mattoso, director of Multivideo.

Among a variety of advantages that working with Ross Video has brought, its innovative technology has simplified Multvideo's workflow processes, allowing them to operate efficiently within the confines of a mobile unit. In addition, Ross Video's local team provided in-person training, ensuring a smooth implementation process, allowing Multvideo to benefit from a cohesive and comprehensive solution and focus on a wide range of tasks using an optimized set of tools.

"Our collaboration with Multvideo Produções is a testament to what can be achieved through a shared commitment to quality and innovation," commented Leonardo Leitao, Regional Sales Manager for Brazil at Ross Video. "Over the years, we've worked closely with them as they've embraced our technology to deliver exciting and engaging content to audiences. We look forward to continuing this successful partnership in the coming years."
