Colombia. The National Television Authority, ANTV, made available to the operators of the non-profit television service 50 television programs, financed with the resources of the Fund for the Development of Television and Content, FONTV, in a program known as Audiovisual Suitcases.
Interested parties may submit a written request to the anTV correspondence address indicating the audiovisual suitcase of their interest and attaching the following information for the signing of the loan agreement:
Resume format of the public function of a legal person duly completed and signed.
Certificate of existence and legal representation not exceeding 90 days or copy of legal personality.
Copy of Citizenship Card of the Legal Representative.
Copy of Certificate of judicial background of the Legal Representative.
Certificate of Attorney General's Office of the Republic of the Legal Representative and the legal entity.
Certificate of disciplinary background from the Attorney General's Office of the Legal Representative.
Single Sworn Declaration of Assets and Income Form.
Copy of the RUT.
Certification stating that the entity is up to date with the corresponding contributions to Social Security and Parafiscal.
Likewise, the operator must be up to date with the financial obligations contracted with the ANTV.

The audiovisual suitcases contain 138 DVDs with 50 programs distributed in two suitcases:
