Latin America. Jorge González, an Electronic Engineer with a career of more than 20 years with Panasonic, joins the Merlin Distributor sales force as Account Manager for Latin America.
At Panasonic Latin America, based in Panama, he held the position of director leading the sales and marketing team of the Connected Solutions division for the region. Since 2019 he was directly linked to the Media Entertainment Business Division of Japan as a consultant, for the development of new projects and support the transition towards the new regional strategy of the brand.
Jorge, who knows extensively the Latin American market and its trends, and also the solutions offered by the audiovisual industry, will apply all this experience to advise Merlin's resale channels to meet the needs of all its customers successfully, helping them to grow together in the business.
His work philosophy has always been focused on customer satisfaction with which he has achieved strong ties of work and friendship throughout his professional life. The quality and efficiency of its services will be available to all customers in this process of expansion of Merlin Distributor. Jorge will remain strategically based in Panama to be closer to the market and all its customers.
