Blackmagic lowers prices for DaVinci keyboards and panels

blackmagic design

Latin America. Blackmagic Design announced the new reduced prices for color grading panels and editing keyboards used with DaVinci Resolve.

The keyboards for DaVinci Resolve have been designed together with the Assembly and Editing modules in order to speed up the work dynamics. On the other hand, the physical controls provide an improved experience, compared to the unique use of the program. Unlike the mouse, the search controller offers an extraordinary design that allows you to position yourself precisely in the timeline. It's like having the timeline in your hands. Crop keys can be used with the controller to make live cuts, making it a faster and more accurate task. Editing and cropping in this way is a whole new way of working.

The DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor includes keys for essential functions on the left, and a high-quality rotary knob with electronic clutch and playback controls on the right. It is easy to access this controller and the button for the ribbon mode with the right hand, while with the left you mark entry and exit points or make changes and cuts in real time, without even touching the mouse. For its part, the DaVinci Resolve Editor Keyboard model is a QWERTY keyboard with colored keys designed for people who carry out long days.

The DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel and DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel devices allow multiple parameters to be adjusted simultaneously, so it is possible to create unique aesthetics that are simply impossible to achieve with a mouse and keyboard. The DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel is incredibly compact and ideal for people who are just starting out in the industry or for those who require a highly portable solution. It has three high-quality dials, rotary knobs for primary adjustments and buttons to scroll through and play back images. On the other hand, the DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel model includes additional controls and screens to access virtually all panels and tools.

"We have worked hard to be able to offer these panels and the editing keyboard at a lower price, and we believe that more people will be favored with this reduction and the inclusion of DaVinci Resolve Studio to create a more advanced and higher quality post-production work dynamic," said Grant Petty, CEO of Blackmagic Design. "The launch promotion of the DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor for free with the purchase of DaVinci Resolve Studio has been very popular, so we have decided to replace it and include the program with the keyboard. It's much faster and more fun to edit and edit without a mouse or keyboard. We hope that many people will benefit from this change."

The new prices are:
DaVinci Resolve 17 Free
DaVinci Resolve Studio $295
DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor $395, $100 more
DaVinci Resolve Editor Keyboard $595, $400 less
DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel $795, $200 less
DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel $1995, $1000 less

In addition to these releases, DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor, DaVinci Resolve Editor Keyboard, DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel and DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel devices will now include the DaVinci Resolve Studio program. This means that each product increases its value by $295, because it is not necessary to purchase the software separately.
