Latin America. Ross Video has launched a new program, dubbed RossCare+, to better serve the increasingly diverse support needs of its customer base.
RossCare+ is a new program that offers three different levels of support for its customers: Success, Advantage and Premier.
Success is the standard lifetime support plan that is included with the purchase of each product. It gives its customers access to 24/7/365 phone and email support at no charge for the life of the product.
Advantage is an enhanced support plan included with the first year of ownership and with annual purchases of software maintenance and extended warranty. This plan includes the 24/7/365 support offered in the RossCare + Success plan, with a range of additional premium features in addition, including priority response times, superior service levels, and full hardware and software coverage.
Premier is the personalized support plan designed to augment RossCare + Advantage. Premier includes all the features of the Advantage plan with additional on-demand offers for customers with exceptional needs. The plan is aimed at customers in need of a higher level of support, and guarantees critical response times to any request.
In announcing the new program, CEO David Ross noted that the new program has been developed in consultation with Ross' customers. "As our range of solutions has grown and become more complex, we have dedicated a lot of time to our customers to better understand their support needs. This RossCare+ program has been developed based on your direct feedback and offers additional value for customers who may need it given their circumstances. Ross offers very high service levels as a standard, which will never change, but we believe it is the right time to improve this with additional levels for our customers with the most complex and sophisticated workflows."
