Latin America. As a measure to support its customers and the industry in general during these difficult times generated by Covid-19, the company Riedel is offering training on its solutions and technologies.
Ángel González España, International Sales Manager Latin America and the Caribbean of Riedel, told TVyVideo+Radio that the goal is to provide a friendly environment for users and potential users of Riedel, where they can learn the basic operational concepts of the products in situations faced and the technical challenges in the field.
"They will provide and present to participants best practices and case studies. This theoretical/practical approach allows users to discover advanced capabilities and new applications to get the most out of their Riedel systems and our potential and future customers/users to present them with a new approach to solving the challenges they have faced in their professional lives; as a user, solution designer and/or technology manager in their companies, they cannot miss this opportunity," he explained.
He also stressed that for the attention to their customers they have several years of remote support via mail, telephone and remote connection. They have telephone lines and coordinated connections to provide support, as they have already done with El Financiero in Mexico, which required implementing a remote solution for their operatives and reporters to be able to maintain intercom from home. Similarly with Telethon in Chile where they required remote support for Bolero configuration and there we were.
He rightly highlighted the participation of the company's technology in the latest version of Teletón in Chile. The Bolero solution allowed to have ease of movement in the theater as well as in outdoor areas and the mobile with 18 BP and 5 antennas to give total coverage outside and throughout the theater in the different areas of it.
