Latin America. Artificial Intelligence is present both in everyday activities, in entertainment and movie suggestions related to our playlist in streaming applications and even in the most complex processes, such as the use of machine learning to guide robots in high-precision surgeries.
Even with ample evidence that this trend is not expected to replace the human workforce with machines and androids, a shadow of insecurity still affects a sizable portion of professionals from the most varied departments, including IT.
This type of reaction is mainly due to the lack of analysis of the professional scenario as a whole. The truth is that thanks to artificial intelligence and new technologies such as Machine and Deep Learning, Big Data and Analytics, promising professional opportunities have emerged for those who want to be part of this new technological era that is here to stay. And these careers require mastery of data storage and access.

In fact, there are different areas to explore. This is because the knowledge that will be developed in each of them is very specific. Even so, it is possible to highlight that, in some Latin American countries, the demand for the position of Artificial Intelligence Specialist has grown by approximately 73% in the last year, according to a LinkedIn study based on the registration of public profiles in the region.
