Latin America. Blackmagic Design announced a variety of new products and updates, including a new 6K digital cinema camera, in a live stream led by the company's CEO, Grant Petty. New products and updates include: Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, UltraStudio 4K Mini, DaVinci Resolve 16.1 and Blackmagic RAW Speed Test.

Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K
A handheld cinematic camera with Super 35 HDR 6K sensor, 13 stops of dynamic range, EF mount and a maximum dual native ISO value of 25,600 that offers excellent performance in low light situations.
This unit is based on the popular Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K version above, although it includes a larger Super 35 sensor with 6K resolution that delivers higher image quality.
For its part, the EF mount is compatible with a wide variety of lenses from brands such as Canon, Zeiss, Sigma and Schneider.

UltraStudio 4K Mini
A capture and playback device for computer equipment with Thunderbolt 3 technology that includes 12G, HDMI and analog SDI connections and allows you to create solutions for editing, ethanoling, overlaying live graphics, digitizing footage and transmitting over the Internet.

A new update to the company's popular audio editing, color, visual effects and post-production software that includes major updates to the new cutting page to help create the world's fastest editor.
The new updates allow publishers to improve media rankings.
Smart Indicator adds UI comments for smart editing features.
The new clip cutting tool allows instant cutting of clips in the timeline.
Boring Detector shows areas of the timeline that lack interest.
New Sync Bin organizes and displays the sync media for easy shot selection.

Blackmagic RAW Speed Test
A new performance measurement tool for Mac OS X that tests a computer's CPU and GPU speeds using full-resolution Blackmagic RAW image decoders making it possible for customers to get a real estimate of their computers' performance.
